We had Clay and Ashlee over last weekend and since it's taken me so long to get the blog up and running, I haven't been able to post the pictures. So, here we go. I'll try and get them up as a slide show and see how that works on this new site.

It's Official

Well, after much negotiation and several emails back and forth, it's finally a done deal. Alice has accepted the job in Charlotte, NC! Not sure what her new title will be...something like Director of Construction but she will be responsible for the over all construction process of the new communities. What a great opportunity for her! I'm really proud of her and this is a great move forward for her.

Not sure of the full timetable, but she starts on the 23rd of March and we'll be moving down there the weekend of the 17th.

First Post New Site

Well, the world of blogging continues.... I've been struggling for several days to log on to our old site with no luck. I even went to another site and created a blog there, but found that it had advertising on it and I wasn't interested in that. So, I've decided to start another one on this site and see if I have any better luck.

In addition, we'll be getting a new email address since it won't be long until we'll be moving and we'll need to move from the Cox address. Even if we were not moving, Cox is migrating to "Sudden Link" and we'd be getting a new address anyway. So.....

Ain't this technical stuff fun!!!
